a big orange crush, oh i mean bang. a big orange bang

{collage by jek in the box}

Well here we are one day away from October. I sit here writing and blinking in disbelief. When did time speed up? Where was I?

I'm thinking we need to start the month off with a bang. How about a give away? How about TWO giveaways? Sheesh! I wish I had a friend like me who was always giving stuff away.

Okay, I'm ready to send out these little hair pins to anyone who leaves a comment. I make hair accessories in my spare time. Have I ever told you that?

These little darlins will snaz up a bun in no time. I call this set "Fancy Schmacy Fall".

Also, Holly from Winklepots is poised and ready to ship this fun pair of candy corn pony bows.

Holly is an accountant turned mom/children's designer. She has two little bambinos that run around while she creates hand painted children's clothes and little curly bows.

Please leave a separate comment for each item you would like to win. The winner will be announced on Thursday morning.

Wow, the hair pins are lovely. I recently decided my hair is "long" again. A couple years ago, I lopped it all off. That was fun, but once its short, you have to get it trimmed all the time! Sheesh!

I love the hairpins! I promise, my flowing locks would give them a home. And likely never let them go...

Did you do the embroidery on them? So cool!

The hair pins are just awesome! I love the colors, they really reflect 'my' colors and I would love to win them! I never win anything, so i hope I'll have good luck this time!

oooh, the hair bow is awesome too, my little girl (5) would go batty over that one. She has this unruuly curly hair and we need to tie it up or use barretes every day, and she is getting sick of the same old barrettes every day. this would be a great change of pace!

My hair is long, and I live in the south so I often wear my hair up and those pretty hair pins would be a great addition to my head!

The candy corn hair bow would look adorable on my neice. She turned three yesterday. There are a few photo's (only) on my of her celebration Sunday if you'd care to take a peek.
